When will my hook ship
|
Hooks are made to order. I make them as they are received. So there are always a lot of hooks in different stages of production. It usually takes between 4-5 weeks to run a hook through the process. But can take a bit longer with a heavy work load. They will then ship USPS or your selected shipper.
I do my best to produce your hook in a timely manner. These are custom made hooks, crafted by hand, one at a time, by one man. So please bear with me, I will do the best I can. If you need a hook really fast I do have ready to ship hooks. They will be in the ready to ship section if available. Purchasing a "Ready to Ship" hook and a "Made to Order" hook together, will delay shipment of the "Ready to Ship" hook until the "Made to Order" hook is ready to ship. If you need it quicker then ready to ship please check out my gift cards. They are purchase through site and an email will be sent to receipt with gift card code. |
Shipping Policy |
I ship all Domestic shipments through United State Postal Service, USPS Ground Advantage which has a 3-6 day delivery time. If you need it quicker or shipped by another carrier there will be additional charges. Once a purchase is paid and cleared, item(s) will ship on the next business day If ready to ship. Most items are made to order, so item will ship once it's made (items are made in the order they were received). Shipping inside the United States is free using USPS Ground Advantage and will have delivery confirmation. You can purchase shipping upgrade to Priority or Express when checking out.
Shipping outside the United States. I use USPS First Class International Package Service, there is limited tracking/no tracking once your package leave the USA (depends on destination). If tracking is need you will need to select USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping amounts vary by country and will display once information is inputted during checkout, insurance (available in separate listing, import fees and taxes will be paid by the purchaser. Shipping Charges are nonrefundable and full shipping charges will be deducted from all returns, even if your shipping was free. Please make sure your delivery address is correctly listed. Your shipping label will be created from this information. |
Return Policy |
I will give refund/store credit for items returned, but I must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt. You must contact me prior to returning, Item must be returned within 10 days. Returns must be in original packaging and condition. Refunds will not be given for items damaged in shipment.
Return shipping will be paid by the customer unless Nelsonwood is at fault then a return label will be sent. Color variation and wood voids (burls) are not a reason to return. The items sold on Nelsonwood are made with wood and casted material. Variation will occurred and are not considered defects. Shipping Charges are nonrefundable and full shipping charges will be deducted from all returns, even if your shipping was free. Returns may also be charged a return fee to cover non refundable charges that nelsonwood incurred collecting payments (PayPal/Square) from your purchase. International Customers Failure to collect package from customs will result in a cancelation of you ability to return, No refund or credit will be given. All custom orders are final and non returnable. |
