These solid wood hooks are what I work the fastest with. I like short hooks like the clover soft touch and tulip. These are the right length without the hand pain. I can work much longer and my stitches are consistent. They just feel really nice to hold. Going to sound like a broken record here but they are also so beautiful.

These hooks are beautiful. Smooth and slides through yarn like silk. Beautiful woods and excellent workmanship. I cannot express my delight in finding such a great vendor. Buy buy buy. Great service!

Ok, what can I can I say? I'm absolutely in love with these hooks. They are so easy to hold. My hands never get sore holding them. I can crochet as long as I'd like. I had to try each hook, before writing a review, completing a project per hook. Absolutely wonderful ❤️ They flow so nicely, I am pleasantly surprised in the smaller hook sizes as well. These are the first wooden hooks I have really enjoyed in the smaller sizes. I was hesitant to buy them at first, however, I am so very glad that I decided to get them . Other hooks I have tried in the smaller sizes, drop or catch the yarn and can become frustrating. These however glide flawlessly and don't drop the yarn. I have really enjoyed these hooks, so happy with my purchase. I will be completing my hook set for sure. Each hook is beautiful, not a flaw in any of them. Absolutely gorgeous work🥰 thank you so much ❤️

These exotic wood crochet hooks are just beautiful and the craftsmanship is exquisite! Thanks for sharing your craft. I've had a chance to use 4 of the 6 in the set and they are easy to hold and are smooth to work with. I have arthritis in my thumbs so these are important factors for me. The shape of the hook is similar to the Susan Bates style. The yarn glides easily over the hook and shaft and the hook holds the yarn well. I had no problem with the hook splitting the yarn as I worked.

These are without a doubt the best crochet hooks I've ever owned! I've been using them for several weeks and I've enjoyed every minute. Bryan always selects the most beautiful pieces of wood and his craftsmanship is extraordinary. The dimensions are perfect for comfortably gripping the hook body, but he also does a fantastic job crafting the hook itself. The yarn stays on the hook when I want it to and exits at the right time as well. Many thanks for a beautiful product that allows me to crochet longer without hand fatigue!

I received one of these as a gift and I loved it so much I had to get more sizes. They really reduce stress on my thumb joint and wrist- making the work quicker and more even. Bryan was willing to work with me so I could get the exact sizes I wanted in the 6 pack and I was more than pleasantly surprised when I got them at how unique and beautiful each one was. I will more than likely return to Nelsonwood to get any more hook sizes I want in the future.
